Remote Printer Profiles

Imagine the scenario that you have a restaurant with two kitchens!
The small one we use Monday to Thursday and
The BIG one we use Friday to Sunday
No problem, in Back Office under products we have Remote Printer Profile.
In here you can redirect remote printers on certain terminals at certain times and on certain days to facilitate this ( see image below )
Additionally IF a large party arrive on a Monday , you can override the facility with a button command of X*REMOTEPROFILE where X is the name of the profile.
