Hi folks,

Just noticed when using the Langley's All In One 14" Touch Screen Terminal With Built In Receipt Printer & 10" Customer LCD, the £ symbol does not print on the bills & receipts when the receipt printer is re-directed to a remote engine. It prints fine when not re-directed.

Anyone else noticed this and been able to fix?

Don't get this issue on any other hardware we have used so far.

We've sorted it.

You need to remove all the US regional keyboards from within Windows even though we had all regional settings and keyboards set to UK, removing the US ones completely sorted the issue.
