The header.bmp needs to be in the correct format.

Width = 256 pixels (fixed value)
bmp needs to be saved as a monochrome bitmap
Image needs to be inverted
Image file needs to be rotated right 90 degrees

Updated bmp file in the correct format uploaded.

Could you also clarify the directory for the header.bmp?

The bmp file needs to be stored in the c:\touch\data\ folder.
